Keep the tags and packaging intact
- Item condition: All items must be returned in unused, unworn, original condition with tags intact. Return items will only be accepted in their original condition with packaging and tags. We will not accept items that have been damaged, soiled, or altered and will be sent back to the customer with shipping charges.
- Products purchased during the sale period / discounted pricing are not eligible for returns.
- Reverse pick up: We offer a pick-up facility in select locations based on our courier serviceability. We will pick up the return within 3-5 business days from the request approval date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup. If the reverse pick-up option is not available at your location, you can self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 7 days of approval of the return request.
- Refunds: Post receipt of the return package, it will undergo a quality inspection, and we will issue a refund within 7 days if it passes our inspection process.

How can I initiate a return for my purchases?
To return your order, you will need to log in to your account and follow the steps:
- Go to 'My Orders'
- Check if the items under your order are eligible for returns
- If eligible, click on the 'request return' against the order for which you want to initiate a return.
- Select the items that you want to return and the reason for returning the item from the drop-down.
- Once you submit the request, share images of the items being returned on WhatsApp. We will review and approve the request post which we will initiate a reverse pick up.
- In case your pin-code is non serviceable for the reverse pick up facility, we request you to self-ship the product to us.
- We will inspect the item condition for damage and original tags once we receive them. Post quality inspection, we will issue the refund in 1-2 business days to the original payment source. For COD orders, we will reach out to you and initiate a bank transfer.
What should I do if I get a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order?
- In case of a damaged package, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write "Received Damaged "on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.
- For any defective/ damaged/incomplete/wrong order delivered, we request you to inform us within 24 hours of receiving the order with the images of the product received. You can do so by clicking on 'Return' under the 'My Orders' section of the storefront and share images of the itemsreceived. Please share images of the defective/wrong items for us to resolve the issue. Note -
- You need to share a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 pictures
- Kindly ensure the images are clear and the damaged/defective/missing part of the outfit is highlighted in red
- You must send us an image of the original labels and tags intact along with the invoice.
- In case you face any difficulties in following this process, kindly get in touch with us.
- Any such complaint raised after 23 hours of receiving the order may not be considered.
How can I place an exchange request?
We currently do not offer exchanges on our store but in case you have received a defective/wrong product then we can replace the same.How long will it take for me to receive the refund of my returned product?
- We will issue refund to your to the original payment method used for the purchase once the return items are received and approved after deducting the return fee (as applicable). Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your Bank.
- In case the product does not meet our quality check, we will not be able to process the refund. We can ship the product back to you if you agree to bear the shipping costs.
My return has been processed but I have not received my refund.
Please wait for 5-7 working days after the return request is marked as complete. If you haven't received the refund after 7 working days, please reach out to us and we will resolve your issue.
